One-a-Day GLA Solgar contains cold-pressed borage oil, hexane-free, sourced from crops without herbicides or pesticides.

Dosage

Solgar Approved Etailer As a dietary supplement for adults, one to three softgels per day to be swallowed preferably during the meal, or on the recommendation of a therapist.
